Job Description
Act as the first point of contact for students/mentees and resolve their queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LMS.
Handle inbound and outbound communication to ensure timely resolution of issues related to courses, sessions, access, and onboarding.
Provide end-to-end support throughout the student journey (enrollment to course completion).
Coordinate with technical, operations, and mentor teams to resolve student concerns effectively.
Maintain and update student records, queries, and resolutions in the CRM/LMS system.
Assist in session coordination, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
Track and follow up on pending queries/escalations to ensure closure within defined timelines.
Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team to improve processes and student experience.
Support in feedback collection and ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
Ensure professional and empathetic communication while handling all interactions.
Assist in onboarding new students, including guiding them through LMS, course structure, and schedules.
Maintain high response time and resolution quality standards.
