Core Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, drive, and manage customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  2. Work closely with other departments to expedite backlog orders and implement recovery plans to meet on-time delivery (OTD) targets.
  3. Prepare and submit production and shipment tracking reports.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales and customer service.
  3. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  5. Self-disciplined, able to work independently, and a good team player.
