Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service – Chat Process role based in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns through online chat, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The team member will maintain customer records, follow standard operating procedures, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders when needed. Daily responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, adhering to response time and quality metrics, and collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and the overall customer experience. Training and guidance will be provided, making this position suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear, courteous written communication in chat-based interactions.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and contribute positively to overall Customer Experience.
  • Awareness of professional Phone Etiquette for situations where voice support may be required or escalations are handled via calls.
  • Basic computer literacy, typing accuracy and speed, and comfort working with CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Good command of English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts if required, and maintain reliability and punctuality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities; openness to feedback and continuous learning.
  • Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
