The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
