Hiring: Customer Service Associate – US Voice Process

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Employment: Full-Time | Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Cab Facility: Pickup & Drop Provided

We are looking for Customer Service professionals with strong English communication skills and experience handling inbound voice processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer/borrower inquiries through inbound voice channels
• Provide accurate and timely information while following process guidelines
• Update and maintain customer/loan information in servicing systems
• Handle and resolve customer complaints appropriately
• Take ownership of customer interactions through resolution or escalation
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and contact targets
• Follow compliance and service-quality standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Provide professional and solution-oriented customer service
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• 1+ year of English voice process experience
• Call center/BPO experience is mandatory
• Inbound voice experience is mandatory
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Graduate preferred
• Candidates without strong English fluency will not be considered
• Mortgage/loan servicing experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• US geography experience is preferred, but candidates without US experience may be considered if communication skills are strong
