We are seeking a Customer Service Associate for our inside store in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain product knowledge to assist customers with their needs.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

- Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
