Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication & Resolution
  • Handle inbound support on WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Calls with quick, accurate responses.
  • Provide pre-purchase support: product availability, sizing guidance, authenticity reassurance, pricing, delivery timelines, and policies.
  • Manage post-purchase support: order confirmation, tracking updates, delivery coordination, and escalation when needed.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction with calm, professional communication.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English + Hindi.
  • Excellent WhatsApp and chat support etiquette (clear, short, structured).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers.
  • Detail-oriented: names, sizes, order IDs, addresses, payment modes.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Shopify (or any order panel), WhatsApp Business, Instagram.
  • Basic sneaker knowledge (brands, drops, sizing) is a big plus.
