Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication & Resolution
- Handle inbound support on WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Calls with quick, accurate responses.
- Provide pre-purchase support: product availability, sizing guidance, authenticity reassurance, pricing, delivery timelines, and policies.
- Manage post-purchase support: order confirmation, tracking updates, delivery coordination, and escalation when needed.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction with calm, professional communication.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English + Hindi.
- Excellent WhatsApp and chat support etiquette (clear, short, structured).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers.
- Detail-oriented: names, sizes, order IDs, addresses, payment modes.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Shopify (or any order panel), WhatsApp Business, Instagram.
- Basic sneaker knowledge (brands, drops, sizing) is a big plus.
