As a Customer Service Associate at TraviYo, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, Spoken and Written English, as well as Hindi, will be key in delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Creating tickets for client issues and track the issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
