- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to bookings, payments, documentation, and possession
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Track complaints and ensure timely closure as per company SLAs
- Share project updates, notices, and communication with customers
- Assist customers during site visits, handover, and the possession process
