This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Associate, located in Nagpur. As a Customer Service Associate, you will handle customer inquiries, address complaints with professionalism, ensure prompt resolution of issues, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Your responsibilities will also include providing product or service information, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience.
