Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
  • Follow company guidelines and service standards
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response time

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
  • Freshers are welcome
  • 01 year experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

Requirement Domestic:

  • Graduate only
  • Freshers & Experienced both can be considered
  • Strong verbal and written English communication (Neutral accent / No MTI or RTI)
  • Good typing speed & accuracy with basic computer skills
  • 5 Days working + 2 Rotational week-offs
  • Cab/Transport available in odd hours (7 PM 6 AM)
