Company Description Clubinit HR Services is an HR solutions provider offering end-to-end support across recruitment, payroll processing, and HR audits. The organization partners with clients to manage hiring either on a role-by-role basis or through fully outsourced recruitment arrangements. Clubinit HR Services also delivers corporate and behavioral training, including interpersonal skills, personality development, and team building. In addition, the company provides strategic advisory services on policies, procedures, and compensation, as well as legal HR support in areas such as employee safety, harassment prevention, termination, corrective action, and records management.

Role Description The Customer Service Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The person in this role will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services and processes. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, documenting interactions, and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams when needed. The Customer Service Associate will be expected to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times, follow established communication protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service standards. This role also involves collaborating with HR and operations teams to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Freshers and candidates with upto 2 years of experience preferred
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
  • Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication abilities.
  • Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and the ability to work with CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Candidates should possess problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to work in an on-site team environment in Chennai and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or call center role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in any discipline is an advantage.
