Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer master data in SAP and Salesforce.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer data across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients.
- Assist in data management projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and report data discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support the implementation of data governance and best practices.
Experience Required:
- 1 - 5 years of experience in customer service or data management roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
