Customer Service Associate – International Voice (Banking & Cards)

Location: Goregaon/Malad, Mumbai

Process: International Voice – US Banking & Cards

Experience: 1–12 years

Salary: Up to ₹5.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to banking and credit card services.
• Provide accurate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet SLA, KPI, AHT, RSAT and quality targets.
• Handle complaints professionally and follow process guidelines.
• Implement feedback and process updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with 1–12 years of BPO Voice experience.
• HSC candidates with 18 months–10 years of BPO Voice experience.
• International Voice experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Shift

Rotational/Night shifts | 9-hour shift | 6 days working, including weekends if required.
