What would you do We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
What are we looking for
- Graduate (mandatory), preferably from a commerce background
- Experience in the US retirement industry.
- Flexible working in US Shifts (Across time zones based on business requirement) is a must.
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English
- Good typing skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- US Retirement Services domain Working knowledge in 401k, 403b, payment processing
- Good Attention to detail with research and timely resolution ability.
- Ability to work in complex & challenging situations.
- Excellent written & communication skills
- ASPPA Certified (Preferred) Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
- You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
- The decisions that you make would impact your own work
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
- Perform all Life Events Services functions in accordance with the SOP.
- Reviewing information provided by the plan participant in the Bene Asset Transfer Forms
- Research /validate if there are any plan restrictions that will stop the transfer
- Follow-up mailings and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Funds Validation
- Manage assigned cases in time with accuracy
- Adhere to the Service levels & meet the desired numbers monthly., Any Graduation
