Job Description Airline Non-Voice Process
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat/email
Assist passengers with bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding flights, policies, and services
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Job Details:
HSC With 6 Months to 1 Year Exp Can Apply
Graduate Freshers & Exp Both Can Apply
Process: Pure Non-Voice (Chat/Email Support)
Working Days: 5 days a week
Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts, if applicable)
Requirements:
Good written & verbal communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Customer service orientation
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Salary Upto:
3.5 LPA to 4 LPA
Job Location: Goregaon East Mumbai
