JOB ROLE- CUSTOMER SERVICE
CTC : Fresher :2.2 LPA
1 Months to 1 Year : 2.42 LPA
Tentative Onboarding Date 16th Feb.
Optum approvals are pending, more likely it will take 2-3days max to get things started, tentative first drive on 27th Jan at Noida, Artech, premise.
Requirement - Fresher to max 2year exp should be B.Com or B.A.
Typing Speed 25WPM / Accuracy : 95%
Excellent Comm skill.
NO BCA, B. Tech, or technical background required
Night Shift 8.30PM 6AM, 11PM 8.30AM,
No Indian Festivals / Holidays, working. 24hr coverage, OT will be paid.
Working days 5, rosters will be prepared.
Training period to ramp up time 2 months, no leaves, set clear expectations.
BR 195/hr.including 17000 additional bonuses
