Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
  • Guide customers in navigating the website and help them find suitable products.
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order placement.
  • Handle website sales and support customers throughout the purchase journey.
  • Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates.
  • Resolve basic customer concerns related to orders, payments, and products.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Support promotional campaigns and online sales initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic understanding of online shopping and e-commerce platforms.
  • Confidence in telecalling and sales conversations.
  • Ability to persuade and convert leads into customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
