What would you do Participant Data Corrections: Perform participant data corrections within the recordkeeping system across multiple intake channels, including paper enrollments and participant data update requests. Execute participant data updates such as beneficiary changes, name corrections, Social Security Number (SSN) corrections, and key date adjustments. Process forfeiture restorations by investigating root causes, executing reversal transactions, and completing required source correction procedures. Enrollment & Account Processing: Manage paper enrollments, including group enrollments, new policies/accounts, inherited IRAs, individual enrollments, and RQA conversion processes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of enrollment data in alignment with plan provisions and operational guidelines. QDRO Processing: Execute QDRO withdrawal processing in accordance with documented procedures and plan rules. Utilize QDRO worksheets to review and validate additional loans, participants, and plan information prior to processing. Ensure accurate documentation, calculations, and timely completion of QDRO-related transactions. System Fixes & Bulk Updates: Execute IT-generated fixes, including mass fee corrections, share price adjustments, and other systemic updates. Perform bulk data updates within the OMNI system using processing tools. Validate results of system updates to ensure data integrity and completeness. Quality, Controls & Documentation: Perform self-quality checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of all transactions.

What are we looking for Functional expertise in U.S. retirement plans, including both Defined Contribution (DC), Defined Benefit (DB) schemes and IRA. In-depth experience in executing participant data corrections and Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) processing within retirement plan recordkeeping systems. Hands-on processing across multiple intake channels, investigation and resolution of data discrepancies, execution of system-generated fixes, and adherence to documented procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Hands on with developing process documentation (SOP), capturing exceptions, process flow, process maps, and NIGO rules. Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 2+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance. Mandatory experience in 401(k) and/or 403(b) plan administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Inbound and Outbound voice support experience required.Hands-on exposure to participant data management, enrollments, and QDRO processing within financial services or retirement operations
