This role serves as a primary point of contact for Oracle Hospitality customers, providing post-sales support for technical and non-technical enquiries related to Oracle Hospitality applications, support services, and customer environments. The position involves managing support cases, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution in line with defined service levels.
The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to support global hospitality customers in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
