Hiring – Customer Service & Upselling Associate (SGS)

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai – Liberty Tower

About the Role

We are hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for an International Customer Support & Upselling process based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates with prior International BPO experience who are confident in handling both voice and chat interactions while driving customer engagement, retention, and sales opportunities.

The position requires strong communication skills, customer handling expertise, and the ability to identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

Graduate in any stream

Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience

Excellent communication skills with C1 Level English proficiency

Strong customer handling and objection handling skills

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

Handle inbound customer queries through voice and chat channels

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Deliver accurate information and timely resolutions

Sales & Upselling

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

Drive upselling and retention opportunities during customer interactions

Achieve assigned sales and performance targets

Maintain strong conversion and customer engagement metrics

Operational Responsibilities

Adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards

Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance KPIs

Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Coordinate effectively with support teams and supervisors

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹38,000/month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month

Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000

Travel Allowance: ₹3,500

PBI: ₹2,750

Overtime Pay: ₹400/hour

Location Eligibility

Candidates must meet either of the following criteria:

Residing within 25 KM radius of Airoli

OR

Within 1.5 KM proximity to Kalyan or Panvel railway station
