Job Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently scaling our operations in Chennai and looking for enthusiastic, dynamic professionals to join our customer service and voice process team for the IDFC Personal Loan (PL) banking process.

• Role Type: Customer Service / Voice Process

• Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospective customers over phone calls.
• Pitch, explain features, and successfully drive sales for IDFC Personal Loan products.
• Maintain quality customer interactions and ensure a seamless customer service experience.

Job Location: Chennai (Thoraipakkam)

Salary: ₹21,000 In-Hand

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings & Working Conditions

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Working Days: 6 Days with Rotational Week Offs
• Training: Comprehensive in-house training provided upon onboarding.
• Probation Period: 6 months

• Educational Background: Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Preferred Demographics: Open to all eligible candidates.
