Job Summary

The Field Supervisor will manage and monitor field executives/merchandisers, ensure daily field operations are executed as per plan, and achieve company targets through effective supervision and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide field executives on daily activities

Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and execution at stores

Track attendance, routes, and daily productivity of field staff

Conduct regular market visits and audits

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Resolve field-level issues and escalate when required

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Train new field executives and support performance improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma (any stream)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of field sales/retail merchandising

Ability to manage teams and meet targets

Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools

Preferred

Experience in FMCG or retail industry

• Two-wheeler with valid license
