Job Description

  • Senior Analystlevel role focused on delivering high-quality customer service and credit operations support
  • Acts as a key point of contact for customer and business credit-related queries

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer and business queries accurately and within agreed SLAs
  • Liaise with customers and internal business teams to gather and validate required information
  • Authorize and investigate credit-related transactions in line with defined KPIs and controls
  • Analyze customer and transaction data to support informed decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to automate or enhance processes to improve efficiency and experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, products, and services
  • Support team capability through process training and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor trends, policy updates, and regulatory changes impacting credit operations

Required Experience

  • Experience in customer service, credit operations, or a related financial services role
  • Strong understanding of industry practices, customer needs, and operational processes
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven experience handling customer queries with accuracy and attention to detail
