This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in Mohpa. The Customer Service representative will manage day-to-day customer interactions, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional tasks include maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer requests, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
