We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent (voice) to join our team in India. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over the phone, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
