Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Dharampur. The Customer Service Agent will handle daily interactions with clients, ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing support, resolving concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and understanding of Customer Experience
- Strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and manage interactions as a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
- Prior experience in healthcare or wellness-related customer service is a plus
