Role Description

Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and understanding of Customer Experience
- Strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and manage interactions as a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
