Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Domestic & International Process)

Location: Mumbai & Thane

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Shift: Day & Night Shifts (Rotational)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team for both Domestic and International processes. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service across voice, email, or chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document and update customer interactions in the system
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, etc.)
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSC plus 6 months of experience / Graduate (any stream)
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory for international process)
• Hindi/Regional language proficiency for domestic process
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in customer service/BPO is preferred but not mandatory

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
