Compensation:Up to 35,000/month (Commensurate with last drawn salary and interview performance)
Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated and highly communicative professionals to join our Mumbai team as US Customer Support Associates. In this strictly non-sales role, you will be the frontline representative for our US-based customers, ensuring their queries are handled with accuracy and empathy. This position requires working a pure night shift to align with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from US customers promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and provide effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring a high satisfaction rate.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company processes to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Education & Experience:* 12th Pass (HSC) with a minimum of 6 months of prior BPO experience.
- ORAny Graduate (Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply).
- Skills:Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent, strong problem-solving abilities, and active listening skills.
- Availability:Must be comfortable working from the Mumbai office in a pure night shift environment.
