Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Inbound Voice Process)

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Shift: Night Shift (Rotational / Fixed)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for an Inbound Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards during calls
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Prior experience in customer service / BPO is preferred but not mandatory
  • Comfortable working in night shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
