Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Advisor role, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt solutions to customer problems, and maintaining professional communication. You will act as a liaison between customers, delivery teams, and other departments to support smooth and efficient delivery experiences.
