PositionCustomer Success Engineer
Qualifications: Graduate

Job Responsibilities:-
- Develop a Trusted advisor relationship with customers, business, and technicalleaders.
- Take complete ownership of cases and issue resolution from the initialcustomer report, analysis of root cause, through to solution implementation.
- Respond to questions with empathy, urgency, and accuracy.
- Respond to, record and document customer defect reports.
- Quickly identify high severity or blocking issues and escalate to appropriate staff.
- Drive and represent RippleHire in any and all technical field escalation calls with theclient before routing the queries to L2 Support/SME/Engg.
- Be creative, resourceful and innovative to provide workarounds and resolutions.
- Analyze trends to find system functional deficiencies, bugs, and performance issues.
- Liaise with internal teams Engg., Product, QA, Customer Success for UATenvironment setup & testing, process improvement and drive SLA based resolution of queries.
- Build process and troubleshooting documentation to add to the support knowledgeBase
Skills:-
- Ability to Identify integration issues and present first level analysis.
- Ability to debug or test APIs using Postman is desirable.
- Hands on experience in executing basic to moderately complex SQL queries is a must.
- Sound verbal and written communication
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of Ticketing tools is desirable.
Working Experience:0- 4 years of relevant experience
Hands on experience in executing basic to moderately complex SQL queries is amust. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Powerpoint is desirable.
Location:Mumbai / Pune (Hybrid)
