‪Hiring: Customer Sales Executive

Evoke Tattoo Studio is looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our team.

This role involves managing leads, handling conversations, follow-up calls, fresh chats, incoming calls, and client coordination for tattoo and piercing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handling fresh leads from Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and calls
• Replying to client queries in a clear, engaging, and professional manner
• Managing tattoo and piercing-related inquiries over calls and chats
• Following up on pending inquiries and scheduled calls
• Managing basic client coordination and appointment bookings

Requirements :

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales and client handling
• Prior experience in sales, BPO, or outbound calling is mandatory
• Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and chats

No prior knowledge or experience in tattoos or body art is required — training will be provided.

Full-time role

1 weekly off

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
