Job Description CSE (Commercial Vehicle Sales)
Position: Customer Sales Executive (CSE) Commercial Vehicle
CTC: Up to 3.70 LPA (Maximum)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business for Commercial Vehicle (CV) loans through direct and indirect sales channels
Identify and acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Source loan applications, collect required documents, and ensure timely login of cases
Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth case processing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
Conduct market visits, dealer visits, and field activities to generate leads
Maintain accurate customer data and sales reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience in Commercial Vehicle / Auto Loan / NBFC / Banking sales preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to do field sales and travel locally
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of CV loan products and documentation
Local market understanding and dealer network
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
