This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include promoting company services to prospective clients, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. A smart airport app designed to enhance the passenger experience. Much like Swiggy or Zomato, HOI allows travelers to order food seamlessly from selected food court outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Proactively approach travelers within the airport food court and transit areas.
App Promotion: Educate passengers about the features and benefits of the app.
Order Assistance: Provide hands-on assistance to customers in downloading the app and placing their food orders or help passengers in ordering through Self-Kiosk.
Issue Resolution: Help customers navigate the app interface and resolve any immediate technical queries regarding order placement.
Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor, ensuring a premium service experience consistent with airport standards.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
Shift Timings: 9 hours per day (including breaks).
Rotational Shifts: Must be flexible to work in morning, afternoon and night shifts (as per airport requirements).
Weekly Offs: 4 monthly offs on a rotational basis.

Candidate Profile:
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Knowledge of Telugu is a strong plus).
Personality: Confident, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
Tech-Savvy:Well-versed with smartphone applications (Android/iOS) and digital payment methods.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or promotions is preferred but not mandatory.
Education:Minimum Intermediate (10+2) or Graduate in any stream.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Customer relationship management and client servicing capabilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge in transportation, trucking, or logistics industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer applications and basic sales software tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and adaptability to on-site operations in Hyderabad.
- Prior sales or customer service experience in similar industries will be an advantage.
