Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Associate role located in Bengaluru South. The Customer Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in their shopping experience, identifying customer needs, and providing personalized recommendations. Daily tasks will also include managing inventory, ensuring the showroom is well-organized, addressing customer queries, handling transactions, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and contributing to achieving sales goals will also be key aspects of the role.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and active listening abilities
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing inventory and ensuring proper store presentation
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills for addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Basic knowledge of sales systems and handling transactions is an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus
