Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Sales and Operations role located in Worli. The role involves engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable housing options, and responding to inquiries. The individual will also provide post-sales support, assist in onboarding customers, and ensure satisfaction. Additional tasks include monitoring operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
