By addressing the challenges of finding suitable and budget-friendly housing, we support students, professionals, and individuals in their search for convenient living spaces near colleges, universities, or workplaces. BedR is dedicated to streamlining the housing search process to make it seamless and efficient.

Salary: 35k-45k/month

On-Site, Worli Office.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Sales and Operations role located in Worli. The role involves engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable housing options, and responding to inquiries. The individual will also provide post-sales support, assist in onboarding customers, and ensure satisfaction. Additional tasks include monitoring operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Sales expertise with a proven ability to convert leads into successful transactions
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data review, and operational efficiency
  • Experience in Training team members to enhance their performance and deliver consistent service excellence
  • Additional skills such as time management, organizational abilities, and familiarity with digital platforms are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or real estate is a plus
  • Enthusiastic and proactive mindset to work in a dynamic team environment
