Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Research professional with strong hands-on experience in primary market research, survey design, and client-facing project execution.
The ideal candidate should have independently managed qualitative and quantitative research studies, including questionnaire design, participant screening, fielding, analysis, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities
● Act as a platform expert to educate clients on features and functionalities
● Provide strategic recommendations on research design and methodology
● Manage end-to-end research projects including planning, survey design, participant screening, recruitment, fielding, analysis, and reporting
● Design surveys, screeners, and write effective questionnaires aligned with research objectives
● Conduct and support both qualitative and quantitative research studies
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to improve user experience
● Create training materials and documentation for clients
● Ensure smooth execution of projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards
● Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
● Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback to drive continuous improvement
● Apply survey logic, basic programming, and data structuring techniques effectively
● Identify, recruit, and manage appropriate participant panels and target audiences
● Present findings through clear, concise reports and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field (Master's preferred but not mandatory)
● 3–5 years of experience in market research, customer research, or related primary research environments
● Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
● Hands-on experience in survey design, screener design, and questionnaire writing
● Experience independently managing multiple end-to-end research projects simultaneously
● Strong understanding of participant screening and audience targeting
● Experience working with research panels and recruitment processes
● Familiarity with research platforms like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar tools
● Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
● Close attention to detail, including accuracy in documentation and reporting
Mandatory Requirements
● Hands-on experience in primary research is mandatory
● Experience in survey/questionnaire design is required
● Candidates must have direct client/stakeholder interaction experience
● Experience independently managing end-to-end research projects is required
