About the Role

We are looking for confident and communication-oriented candidates to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, communicate with clients, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with customers and clients.

Generate and manage leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements and explain services.

Follow up with potential customers.

Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Maintain customer and lead records.

Coordinate with the internal team.

Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Confident and professional personality.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Sales or customer-handling experience is an advantage.
