Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who can manage inbound calls, convert leads into bookings, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the rental journey. The role involves handling customer interactions, generating estimates through our software, and resolving issues efficiently.
Lead Handling & Conversion
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rental options
- Generate and share accurate estimates using the company's software
- Follow up with leads and close bookings effectively
Customer Experience Management
- Connect with customers to understand their expectations and rental needs
- Guide customers through the booking process and ensure clarity at every step
- Maintain a professional and friendly communication approach
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns
- Identify issues faced by customers and provide quick, effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges
- Ensure proper instructions are given to customers regarding usage, policies, and support
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle allocation and delivery
- Keep track of booking status and customer updates
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
