Role Description
BlackBuck Limited is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer for an on-site, full-time role located in Dibrugarh East. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes supporting financial processes, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with sales teams to develop effective strategies for business growth. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience.

- Proven ability to manage Business Relationships and build lasting customer connections.
- Knowledge and skills in Finance, with the ability to assist customers with financial processes.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and resolve inquiries.
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and promote relevant services.
- Time management, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in using digital platforms for customer interactions.
- Prior experience in the logistics or trucking industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of regional market dynamics is a plus.
