Role Description
Bandhan Bank is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Dhamnagar. The successful candidate will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their banking needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include actively engaging with potential and existing clients, handling inquiries related to financial products and services, facilitating loan processing, and promoting key banking solutions such as savings accounts, deposits, and other offerings. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet business targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and building long-term client connections
- Knowledge and understanding of Finance, including banking services and financial products
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
- Customer Service capabilities with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
- Experience in Sales, capable of identifying opportunities and offering suitable banking solutions
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry will be an added advantage
