We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at a leading Interior Designing Company in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with our design team to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and satisfaction levels to management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling interior design services to existing clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design.
