Role DescriptionAs a Customer Relationship Manager in Real Estate, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and the organization, ensuring superior customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and building client relationships, addressing client inquiries, ensuring timely communication, managing customer feedback, and assisting with property-related documentation. You will also collaborate with sales and other teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
