Customer Relationship Manager

TKey Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer relationships from booking, agreement execution, and payment tracking to possession and post-sales support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Registration teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Handle customer documentation, agreements, demand letters, possession-related formalities, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and collections, ensuring timely recovery and adherence to payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer records, transaction details, and communication history within the CRM system.
• Resolve customer escalations effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives to enhance retention and brand loyalty.
• Prepare periodic reports related to collections, customer grievances, possession status, and CRM performance metrics.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Relationship Management within the Real Estate industry.
• Prior experience working with reputed real estate developers is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of real estate customer lifecycle, collections, possession processes, and customer servicing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage customer escalations and build long-term client relationships.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and customer database management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented professional.
