We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the Indian job market context. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
- Conduct customer research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
- Provide regular reports and updates on customer feedback and insights to the management team
- Develop and maintain customer databases and records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in customer relationship management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the Indian job market context
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
