Job Summary:

Livin Interiors is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager with 2 years of experience in interior sales. The candidate will handle client inquiries, manage showroom walk-ins, drive sales conversions, and ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to project closure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle leads and showroom walk-ins

* Understand customer requirements and propose interior solutions

* Coordinate with designers and ensure smooth client communication

* Follow up and close sales

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Maintain CRM records

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in interior sales (mandatory)
