Job Description

Handle customer interactions via voice or non-voice channels depending on the process
Deliver prompt and accurate support in domains such as banking, healthcare, and tech
Communicate effectively with international customers and ensure issue resolution
Work in rotational shifts based on process (UK/US time zones)
Adhere to compliance, quality, and data security guidelines
Meet performance targets including AHT, quality scores, and CSAT
Participate in process training and team huddles to maintain updated knowledge
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions where applicable
