Role Overview
We're seeking a
Customer/Client Relationship Manager who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, nurture client relationships, and represent the brand with warmth, elegance, and professionalism. This role involves managing client queries, supporting after-sales service, and ensuring every customer feels valued and connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and client interactions (non-voice communication: In person, email, chat etc.).
- Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate support.
- Manage order-related queries, product information requests, feedback, and service escalations.
- Maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales, marketing) to resolve customer concerns smoothly.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with high-value clients and repeat customers.
- Track customer interactions, maintain CRM records, and follow up proactively.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and share insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Candidate under 30 years of age.
- 12 years of experience in Customer Relationship or Client Servicing (non-BPO background).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, polished tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality suitable for a premium brand.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and respond calmly in challenging situations.
- Professional appearance and brand-appropriate grooming.
- Comfortable working from the Gurugram office location.
