The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a crucial role in the Real Estate industry at Adani, located in Mumbai. As a CRM with 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, building and maintaining relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth and retention.

*Key Responsibilities of Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer retention.
  • Conduct regular customer interactions to understand their needs and preferences.
